Happy New Year my TTribe!!!
Let this “new year, an evolved me” energy come to rise. In the same uprising of spirit and this high frequency energy to tap into, I am so honored and excited to share with you my upcoming events and varied accessibility to experience the magic of TT. As I have had some time to reflect on my year, and my growth, I wanted to share with you from a vulnerable and authentic place, a reminder that no one's journey is perfect and peachy, but the gift of presence and reflection is crucial along with support to be successful.

What is your cycle of suffering you are releasing from?
The illusion of control. I was fixated on the wrong fears in the wheel of life’s controls. As I presently and mindfully shift my gaze to my response, I seem to gain “more time” in the reflection. There is no race to respond. Thoughtful, honorable and precise communication is what I can control. When I need a break, I no longer need to define my self worth based on what I can’t even control the outcome of. How beautiful it will be to no longer suffer because I am honoring the call to surrender. The real question is why did it take me so long? False sense of power, pride, ego, shame, judgment. When was I going to realize how I allowed this fear to consume my being? I am free of this rigidity and I flow effortlessly through my life experiences.

What should I expect in a Thai bodywork session with Tiana?
Beginning with an introduction to the practice of Thai bodywork and discussion regarding client’s preferences (gentle or vigorous approach to bodywork), focus requests, needs and injury/limitations. A complete Thai session treats the whole body in different positions: supine, prone and sitting, with the practitioner providing intentional attention from root to crown, using her whole body in leverage and interactive work as she moves and rocks the client into various passive yoga positions. Tiana will make efficient use of movement, conscious pressure, breathing and rhythm to gain deep effects and benefits without force.
