Birthday Blessings: intuitive writing ritual connecting with my ancestors and spirit guides.

Sturdy 30: You are loved. You are blessed beyond measure. What you are destined to do will be done in divine timing. Don't rush past these moments. They are filled with gems of growth, grace and gratitude. Always honor your heart- and allow the heaviness to be washed away and continue to soar thru life. Know and acknowledge what is the lesson, purpose, illumination of this- observe and let go! That is your test- EVERY TIME. Rise above the experiences of your life and reach new heights. Honor where you have been, what you have been thru, and grow in glory, gratitude and grace. That no longer and never did define you. Please let go of me, that version of Tiana that did not know her worth. I am worth so much more by my own accord: honored Goddess, divine feminine, womban, nurturer, healer, master manifesto, mother-earth guide, blessing to experience, entrepreneur, business woman, business owner, yoga instructor, bodywork practitioner, healing Goddess- reiki, intuition, bodywork, sound, experience/energy work- YOU TIANA ARE A BLESSING, to all those divine enough to experience your magical energy. What you brought hearthside was pure comic bliss of an experience and you are destined to deliver that shine, that magic. What you bring is bliss. What you are is bliss, what you are destined to create is bliss and glory. Be particular about your greatness and honor your experiences as the once in a lifetime moments that they are. Flow without fear or self-judgment. I trust myself and embrace my confidence. I am inspired by my courageous optimism and ability to rise from what I have experienced. All that has occurred, what I have experienced does not define me. Through the reflections, I am able to see all that I have lived and breathed through so much, yet here I am in a beautiful Goddess form. What is mine is divinely destined in due timing. I cannot and no longer will participate in rushing divine timing. 

I release the illusion of control and call the following blessings to grace my spirit within my next decade:

Ease: Truly allowing life and light energy to flow through me

Nonattachment: what is meant to go, I let it flow

Bliss: I allow this when experienced to wash over my spirit

Love: move from here, releasing judgment, rigidity, stagnicity- flowing from an open heart

Mindfulness: take a breath. Breath again. and again. and again. Extend grace and flow from there

Patience: understanding the power in the hold- observation, precision and pause

Poise: symbol of spirit- honor your essence. Think of more than just the present moment. What kind of person are you?

Prowess: honoring the Goddess that you are- mov slow, more observant, less reflective as you have fully experienced the moment

Grace: in knowing and humbly honoring that I am not perfect is exactly what I need to flow and always learn from all that I have experienced

Honor: awareness of dignity surrounding all that you are. Sharing that energy with others

Forgiveness: hold space for when your actions hurt others, and forgive when the actions of others hurt you

Surrender: "it's above me now" and believe and truly know that you are taken care of

Expression: be mindful on the level of heat you bring, know when to heat up, simmer down- but always acknowledge and keep your flame

Truth: express your truth with intention of speaking/portraying your highest good

Opportunity: every moment there is opportunity to rise

Effort: extending effort in determination initially will allow the actions to then become my routine's blessing

Gratitude: thankful for all that I have experienced, thankful for life: past, present and future

Connection: know I send love, affection, protection, prayer to those I am connecting with- allowing gratitude, honor ease an blissful flow

Ascension: I must rise as I have experienced enough within this dimension

Determination: one step in front of the other, one building block at a time

Horizons: continue to set my sights on new destinations and experiences

Vibration: maintain your vibranium vibration

Sensitive: remain soft hearted, open, mindful, and prepared and remaining intone with your spirit and honor her always

Humble: you are not better than anyone! NO ONE IS BETTER THAN YOU!

Honest: be tactful with your word- but always speak your truth

Tenacity: energy! excitability! ambiance! experience!

Flexibility: practice often, presently- what a gift movement is

Progress: one step in front of the other- keep moving forward

Reflection: WRITE!

Release: what no longer serves your highest good.
